CheapFoodMap is operated by AI Park Consulting, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CheapFoodMap," "we," "us"). By using CheapFoodMap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What CheapFoodMap is

A crowdsourced map of meals under $10 in the US. Users submit restaurants, prices, photos, and reviews. CheapFoodMap displays this information.

Your account

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • Don't share your account or impersonate others
  • You can delete your account anytime
  • Anonymous submissions are allowed but subject to the same content rules below

What you can submit

You can submit:

  • Real restaurant information (name, address, prices)
  • Genuine meal photos you took yourself
  • Honest reviews and comments

You CANNOT submit:

  • Fake or misleading information
  • Content that infringes others' copyrights
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Illegal content

Ownership of content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit
  • By submitting, you grant CheapFoodMap a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, and use it in connection with operating and promoting the service
  • We can remove content that violates these terms

Moderation

  • We moderate content to keep the community healthy
  • Flagged content may be removed
  • Repeated violations can result in account suspension
  • Admins have final say on moderation decisions

Accuracy

  • User-submitted data may be inaccurate or outdated
  • We don't verify every submission
  • Prices and availability change — always confirm with restaurants
  • CheapFoodMap is provided "as is" without warranty

Pricing information

  • Prices shown are what users reported
  • Actual prices may differ from what's shown
  • Tax/tip estimates are rough guides, not exact

Promotional arrangements and disclosures

Some restaurant listings, deals, or features may be subject to promotional agreements with restaurants or third parties. When this applies, we'll clearly disclose the arrangement on the affected listing.

Restaurant disputes and takedown requests

Restaurants or business owners may contact feedback@cheapfoodmap.com to correct listing information or request removal. We'll review requests within 14 days. We reserve the right to make moderation decisions at our discretion.

Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on CheapFoodMap infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to feedback@cheapfoodmap.com including:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the infringing material on CheapFoodMap (URL or location)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Charitable contributions

CheapFoodMap intends to contribute a portion of profits to charitable causes including homeless meal programs and food banks. Specific amounts, timing, and recipients are at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.

User indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CheapFoodMap and AI Park Consulting, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you submit, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

Service availability

  • We work hard to keep CheapFoodMap running, but don't guarantee uptime
  • We may change or discontinue features
  • We're not liable for business decisions you make based on our data

Limitation of liability

  • CheapFoodMap is free to use
  • We're not liable for any damages from using the service
  • Use at your own risk

Termination

  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You can stop using the service anytime

Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms periodically
  • We'll notify users of significant changes
  • Continued use means you accept the updated terms

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by Texas law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Park Consulting, LLC regarding CheapFoodMap.
